Job Description:
This is a full-time remote role for an Enrollment Consultant. The Enrollment Consultant will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, providing information on academic programs, assisting with application and enrollment procedures, and supporting students in their academic journey. The role involves daily communication with prospective and current students, maintaining accurate records, and actively engaging in outreach activities to promote the college's programs.
🎯 Job Role:
As an Enrollment Consultant, your mission will be to recruit international students to study at SCAC. You'll be responsible for guiding students through the entire enrollment process—from lead generation to successful application, admission, and tuition payment.
💼 Responsibilities:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently
- Able to show results every second day
- Customer service and support experience
- Organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Familiarity with online education platforms and enrollment processes
- Experience in higher education or admissions is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Communication, or related field
🧩 What We Expect:
- 150 students recruited within the first 2 trial months.
- Ready to start: immediately
Compensation:
- Fixed salary in the 3 first months: 500 Euros + 50 euros per student commission.
- Target enrolments: recruit 150 students in a period of 2 months.
- After trial, salary: 1500 Euros per month + commissions
- Remote/Online – work from anywhere.
